The kayla movement


Good Morning! 

For some reason last night both Brent and I had the hardest time sleeping. I mean we were probably in and out of sleep all night, it was awful! It must be those dang holidays. 

Anyways, we are finally trying to get back to routine and with that I am restarting the Kayla Itsines Bikini body guide! Starting today she is holding the largest campaign with girls all over the world joining! I have been wanting to start up again for sometime but since the holidays came around I was honest with myself and knew I wouldn't be doing very well. So now that things are getting back to normal, I'm ready to kick ass! Even though I had a very rough sleep I still got my butt up at 6am to work out! If you set your mind to something you can achieve anything and that is my goal :)
